1880’s farmhouse

Less an intervention than an exercise in matching the vernacular of an authentic 1880’s farmhouse; this renovation utilizes the built language found throughout the rest of the property.

Notable historical features include dropped wooden beams, warm wood tones, and the exposure & restoration of colorful horizontal planking as seen in the kitchen.

More modern updates include all new cabinets, plumbing fixtures, lighting and appliances, and an oversized island work surface.
