WINNER! Award of Merit in the category of Adaptive Reuse, by Historic Ithaca.

The Odyssey Bookstore is a gem in the heart of downtown Ithaca. This owner-operated local bookstore was created in the basement of an 1837 historic home on Green Street. The design balances creating a high-performing new commercial space while exposing unique artifacts that mark the history of the building.

The main room was re-structured to open up several smaller rooms and support the law offices above.
