PODCAST STUDIO

What do you build when you have a popular podcast to produce and a newborn? A PODCAST STUDIO! This 300 SF accessory structure is an office with a full bath and views of the adjacent garden and pool. Soundproofing the walls and roof was a critical feature of the project. It was designed to accommodate weekend guests and allow for exterior access to the bathroom directly from the pool for a quick rinse.

Materials are simple and elegant: exposed concrete floors, variations of white square tile, and large windows with deep overhangs.
